Deleting Your Account
If you are a current BoxMate user and want to remove your data from our system you can send us an email to support@boxmateapp.co.uk requesting this be actioned from your registered account email address. At your request we can export all of your training data to CSV for your own use.
When we clean your account from our system all personal data is removed along with your training data too.
